This is one of the most useful, NON SIGHTSEEING GUIDES I have used in a long time. The booklet doesn't tell you or suggest what to do in Seoul. However, the booklet does tell you how to get a subway ticket and which subway exit to use to find the attraction. For example, some of these subway stations have more exits than I have fingers and the subway and local area maps make so sense. So the subway exit number that is given in the booklet was very helpful. In addition,there are lots of other bits of useful information. If you are taking a guided tour of Seoul, don't get this booklet. If you are seeing the sights on your own, I would defintely recommend getting the booklet.Product details

This is very informative.
Just returned from Seoul, and this guide was spot on!
This was the best guidebook on Seoul I have found yet for someone like me as I am moving there. I am not going to be a tourist so it was prefect for my needs.
Just what I wanted.
I found this to be an excellent source for the essentials of Seoul in a compact, easily carried format. If you don't want to take the time to sift through volumes of useless guidebook info this is the resource to get. This along with Frommer's Seoul, day-by-day were all we needed.
Author takes all the multitudinous info (and mis-info!) on Seoul, and distills it down to the very basic needs of a foreign visitor. Once I make my trip, I'll know if it was helpful!
This little book is a good starter with good tips links to websites that can provide more info. Really good recommendations on apps to survive in Seoul.
